[obsolete] signal-remove-some-duplicated-includes.patch removed from -mm tree

The patch titled
     Subject: kernel/signal.c: remove some duplicated includes
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     signal-remove-some-duplicated-includes.patch

This patch was dropped because it is obsolete

Subject: kernel/signal.c: remove some duplicated includes

tty.h and fs.h are included twice.  It's unnecessary.  so remove them.
