The patch titled
Subject: kernel/sysctl: add panic_print into sysctl
has been added to the -mm tree. Its filename is
kernel-sysctl-add-panic_print-into-sysctl.patch
This patch should soon appear at

and later at

So that we can also runtime chose to print out the needed system info for
