The patch titled
     Subject: scripts/faddr2line: fix location of start_kernel in comment
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     scripts-faddr2line-fix-location-of-start_kernel-in-comment.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree
