[merged] memblock-rename-__free_pages_bootmem-to-memblock_free_pages.patch removed from -mm tree

The patch titled
     Subject: memblock: rename __free_pages_bootmem to memblock_free_pages
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     memblock-rename-__free_pages_bootmem-to-memblock_free_pages.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree

The conversion is done using

sed -i 's@__free_pages_bootmem@memblock_free_pages@' \
    $(git grep -l __free_pages_bootmem)
