The patch titled
     Subject: mm: nobootmem: remove bootmem allocation APIs
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     mm-nobootmem-remove-bootmem-allocation-apis.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree
