The patch titled
Subject: memblock: replace alloc_bootmem_low with memblock_alloc_low
has been removed from the -mm tree. Its filename was
memblock-replace-alloc_bootmem_low-with-memblock_alloc_low.patch
This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree

The functions are equivalent, just the later does not require nobootmem
translation layer.
