[merged] kstrtox-delete-unnecessary-casts.patch removed from -mm tree

The patch titled
     Subject: lib/kstrtox.c: delete unnecessary casts
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     kstrtox-delete-unnecessary-casts.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree

Implicit casts to the same type are done by the language if necessary.
