[merged] kvfree-fix-misleading-comment.patch removed from -mm tree

The patch titled
     Subject: kvfree(): fix misleading comment
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     kvfree-fix-misleading-comment.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree

Subject: kvfree(): fix misleading comment

vfree() might sleep if called not in interrupt context.  So does kvfree()
too.  Fix misleading kvfree()'s comment about allowed context.
