[merged] nios2-switch-to-no_bootmem.patch removed from -mm tree

The patch titled
     Subject: nios2: switch to NO_BOOTMEM
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     nios2-switch-to-no_bootmem.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree

Remove bootmem bitmap initialization and replace reserve_bootmem() with
memblock_reserve().
