[merged] mm-conveted-to-use-vm_fault_t.patch removed from -mm tree

The patch titled
     Subject: mm: convert to use vm_fault_t
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     mm-conveted-to-use-vm_fault_t.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree

Subject: mm: convert to use vm_fault_t

As part of vm_fault_t conversion filemap_page_mkwrite() for the NOMMU case
was missed.  Now converted.
