The patch titled
Subject: xtensa: use generic vga.h
has been added to the -mm tree. Its filename is
xtensa-use-generic-vgah.patch
This patch should soon appear at
http://ozlabs.org/~akpm/mmots/broken-out/xtensa-use-generic-vgah.patch
and later at
http://ozlabs.org/~akpm/mmotm/broken-out/xtensa-use-generic-vgah.patch
Before you just go and hit "reply", please:
a) Consider who else should be cc'ed

The -mm tree is included into linux-next and is updated

What xtensa has in asm/vga.h is the same as what can be found in
asm-generic/vga.h. So use the latter header.
