[merged] signal-make-may_ptrace_stop-return-bool.patch removed from -mm tree

The patch titled
     Subject: signal: make may_ptrace_stop() return bool
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     signal-make-may_ptrace_stop-return-bool.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree

Subject: signal: make may_ptrace_stop() return bool

may_ptrace_stop() already behaves like a boolean function.  Let's actually
declare it as such too.
