[merged] lib-make-struct-pointer-foo-static.patch removed from -mm tree

The patch titled
     Subject: lib/test_debug_virtual.c: make struct pointer foo static
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     lib-make-struct-pointer-foo-static.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree

Subject: lib/test_debug_virtual.c: make struct pointer foo static

The pointer foo is local to the source and does not need to be
in global scope, so make it static.

Cleans up sparse warning:
symbol 'foo' was not declared. Should it be static?
