[merged] proc-use-macro-in-proc-latency-hook.patch removed from -mm tree

The patch titled
     Subject: proc: use macro in /proc/latency hook
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     proc-use-macro-in-proc-latency-hook.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree

Subject: proc: use macro in /proc/latency hook

->latency_record is defined as

	struct latency_record[LT_SAVECOUNT];

so use the same macro whie iterating.
