The patch titled
     Subject: mm/mempool.c: add missing parameter description
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     mm-mempool-add-missing-parameter-description.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree

The kernel-doc for mempool_init function is missing the description of the
pool parameter.  Add it.
