[merged] mm-make-flags-of-unsigned-type-in-struct-shrinker.patch removed from -mm tree

The patch titled
     Subject: mm: struct shrinker: make flags of unsigned type
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     mm-make-flags-of-unsigned-type-in-struct-shrinker.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree

Currently, there are two flags only, so unsigned is more then enough. 
Also, move int seeks to keep these fields together.
