Subject: fs/userfaultfd.c: remove redundant pointer uwq

Pointer uwq is being assigned but is never used hence it is redundant and
can be removed.

Cleans up clang warning:
warning: variable 'uwq' set but not used [-Wunused-but-set-variable]
