The patch titled
     Subject: kdump: include PG_reserved value in VMCOREINFO
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     kdump-include-pg_reserved-value-in-vmcoreinfo.patch

This patch was dropped because an updated version will be merged

Subject: kdump: include PG_reserved value in VMCOREINFO

PG_reserved pages should never be touched by enybody except their owner.
Let's allow dumping tools to skip these pages.
