[merged] mm-use-vma_init-to-initialize-vmas-on-stack-and-data-segments.patch removed from -mm tree

The patch titled
     Subject: mm: use vma_init() to initialize VMAs on stack and data segments
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     mm-use-vma_init-to-initialize-vmas-on-stack-and-data-segments.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree

Make sure to initialize all VMAs properly, not only those which come from
vm_area_cachep.
