The patch titled
     Subject: mm-oom-remove-oom_lock-from-oom_reaper-fix-fix
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     mm-oom-remove-oom_lock-from-oom_reaper-fix-fix.patch

This patch was dropped because I goofed
