- uml-asm-offsets-duplication-removal.patch removed from -mm tree

The patch titled

     uml: asm offsets duplication removal

has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename is

     uml-asm-offsets-duplication-removal.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree
