The patch titled
     Subject: fs: gfs2: use new return type vm_fault_t
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     fs-gfs2-adding-new-return-type-vm_fault_t.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree
