The patch titled

     libata: add 40pin "short" cable support, honour drive side speed detection

has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename is

     libata-add-40pin-short-cable-support-honour-drive.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree
