The patch titled
     Subject: autofs4: use autofs instead of autofs4 everywhere
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     autofs4-use-autofs-instead-of-autofs4-everywhere.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree

Subject: autofs4: use autofs instead of autofs4 everywhere

Update naming within autofs source to be consistent by changing occurrences
of autofs4 to autofs.
