The patch titled
     Subject: mm/memblock: print memblock_remove
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     mm-memblock-print-memblock_remove.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree

memblock_remove report is useful to see why MemTotal of /proc/meminfo
between two kernels makes difference.
