[merged] mm-remove-odd-have_pte_special.patch removed from -mm tree

The patch titled
     Subject: mm: remove odd HAVE_PTE_SPECIAL
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     mm-remove-odd-have_pte_special.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree

Subject: mm: remove odd HAVE_PTE_SPECIAL

Remove the additional define HAVE_PTE_SPECIAL and rely directly on
CONFIG_ARCH_HAS_PTE_SPECIAL.

There is no functional change introduced by this patch
