The patch titled

     ext4: switch fsblk to sector_t

has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename is

     ext4_fsblk_sector_t.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree

Redefine ext3 in-kernel filesystem block type (ext3_fsblk_t) from unsigned
long to sector_t, to allow kernel to handle  >32 bit ext3 blocks.
