The patch titled
     Subject: arm64: turn flush_dcache_mmap_lock into a no-op
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     arm64-turn-flush_dcache_mmap_lock-into-a-no-op.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree

ARM64 doesn't walk the VMA tree in its flush_dcache_page() implementation,
so has no need to take the tree_lock.
