[merged] proc-reject-and-as-filenames.patch removed from -mm tree

The patch titled
     Subject: proc: reject "." and ".." as filenames
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     proc-reject-and-as-filenames.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree

Subject: proc: reject "." and ".." as filenames

Various subsystems can create files and directories in /proc with names
directly controlled by userspace.

Which means "/", "." and ".." are no-no.

"/" split is already taken care of, do the other 2 prohibited names.
