[merged] proc-test-proc-self-syscall.patch removed from -mm tree

The patch titled
     Subject: proc: test /proc/self/syscall
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     proc-test-proc-self-syscall.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree

Read from /proc/self/syscall should yield read system call and correct
args in the output as current is reading /proc/self/syscall.
