[merged] proc-check-permissions-earlier-for-proc-wchan.patch removed from -mm tree

The patch titled
     Subject: proc: check permissions earlier for /proc/*/wchan
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     proc-check-permissions-earlier-for-proc-wchan.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree

get_wchan() accesses stack page before permissions are checked, let's not
play this game.
