The patch titled
     Subject: mm/hmm: move hmm_pfns_clear() closer to where it is used
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     mm-hmm-move-hmm_pfns_clear-closer-to-where-it-is-use.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree
