[merged] slab-use-32-bit-arithmetic-in-freelist_randomize.patch removed from -mm tree

The patch titled
     Subject: slab: use 32-bit arithmetic in freelist_randomize()
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     slab-use-32-bit-arithmetic-in-freelist_randomize.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree

Subject: slab: use 32-bit arithmetic in freelist_randomize()

SLAB doesn't support 4GB+ of objects per slab, therefore randomization
doesn't need size_t.
