[merged] slub-make-inuse-unsigned-int.patch removed from -mm tree

The patch titled
     Subject: slub: make ->inuse unsigned int
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     slub-make-inuse-unsigned-int.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree

->inuse is "the number of bytes in actual use by the object",
can't be negative.
