[merged] slab-make-create_kmalloc_cache-work-with-32-bit-sizes.patch removed from -mm tree

The patch titled
     Subject: slab: make create_kmalloc_cache() work with 32-bit sizes
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     slab-make-create_kmalloc_cache-work-with-32-bit-sizes.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree

KMALLOC_MAX_CACHE_SIZE is 32-bit so is the largest kmalloc cache size.
