The patch titled
     Subject: mm-re-use-define_show_attribute-macro-v2
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     mm-re-use-define_show_attribute-macro-v2.patch

This patch was dropped because it was folded into mm-re-use-define_show_attribute-macro.patch
