The patch titled
     Subject: mm/hmm: move hmm_pfns_clear() closer to where it is used
has been added to the -mm tree.  Its filename is
     mm-hmm-move-hmm_pfns_clear-closer-to-where-it-is-use.patch

This patch should soon appear at
    http://ozlabs.org/~akpm/mmots/broken-out/mm-hmm-move-hmm_pfns_clear-closer-to-where-it-is-use.patch
and later at
    http://ozlabs.org/~akpm/mmotm/broken-out/mm-hmm-move-hmm_pfns_clear-closer-to-where-it-is-use.patch
