+ mm-hmm-fix-header-file-if-else-endif-maze.patch added to -mm tree

The patch titled
     Subject: mm/hmm: fix header file if/else/endif maze
has been added to the -mm tree.  Its filename is
     mm-hmm-fix-header-file-if-else-endif-maze.patch

This patch should soon appear at
    http://ozlabs.org/~akpm/mmots/broken-out/mm-hmm-fix-header-file-if-else-endif-maze.patch
and later at
    http://ozlabs.org/~akpm/mmotm/broken-out/mm-hmm-fix-header-file-if-else-endif-maze.patch

Before you just go and hit "reply", please:

   c) Ideally: find the original patch on the mailing list and do a
