[merged] mm-memblock-hardcode-the-end_pfn-being-1.patch removed from -mm tree

The patch titled
     Subject: mm/memblock.c: hardcode the end_pfn being -1
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     mm-memblock-hardcode-the-end_pfn-being-1.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree

This is just a cleanup.  It aids handling the special end case in the next
commit.
