- elf-add-elfosabi_standalone-to-elfh.patch removed from -mm tree

The patch titled

     elf: Add ELFOSABI_STANDALONE to elf.h

has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename is

     elf-add-elfosabi_standalone-to-elfh.patch

This patch was dropped because it had testing failures
