The patch titled
Subject: proc: account "struct pde_opener"
has been added to the -mm tree. Its filename is
proc-account-struct-pde_opener.patch
This patch should soon appear at
http://ozlabs.org/~akpm/mmots/broken-out/proc-account-struct-pde_opener.patch
and later at
http://ozlabs.org/~akpm/mmotm/broken-out/proc-account-struct-pde_opener.patch
Before you just go and hit "reply", please:

The allocation is persistent in fact as any fool can open a file in
/proc and sit on it.
