[merged] fix-a-typo-in-documentation-sysctl-usertxt.patch removed from -mm tree

The patch titled
     Subject: Documentation/sysctl/user.txt: fix typo
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     fix-a-typo-in-documentation-sysctl-usertxt.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree
