The patch titled
     Subject: powerpc/mm: update pmdp_invalidate to return old pmd value
has been added to the -mm tree.  Its filename is
     powerpc-mm-update-pmdp_invalidate-to-return-old-pmd-value.patch

This patch should soon appear at
    http://ozlabs.org/~akpm/mmots/broken-out/powerpc-mm-update-pmdp_invalidate-to-return-old-pmd-value.patch
and later at

   a) Consider who else should be cc'ed
   b) Prefer to cc a suitable mailing list as well
