[merged] proc-uninline-name_to_int.patch removed from -mm tree

The patch titled
     Subject: proc: : uninline name_to_int()
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     proc-uninline-name_to_int.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree
