The patch titled
     Subject: writeback: remove unused function parameter
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     writeback-remove-the-unused-function-parameter.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree

The parameter `struct bdi_writeback *wb` is not been used in the function
body.  Remove it.
