- ohci-dont-play-with-irq-regs.patch removed from -mm tree

The patch titled

     ohci: don't play with IRQ regs

has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename is

     ohci-dont-play-with-irq-regs.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree

This is a more correct fix for the way the ohci hcd was referencing pt_regs
in the unlink paths.
