The patch titled
     Subject: mm-mmu_notifier-avoid-double-notification-when-it-is-useless-v2
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     mm-mmu_notifier-avoid-double-notification-when-it-is-useless-v2.patch

This patch was dropped because it was folded into mm-mmu_notifier-avoid-double-notification-when-it-is-useless.patch
