[merged] idr-fix-comment-for-idr_replace.patch removed from -mm tree

The patch titled
     Subject: lib/idr.c: fix comment for idr_replace()
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     idr-fix-comment-for-idr_replace.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree
