The patch titled
     Subject: exec: binfmt_misc: remove the confusing e->interp_file != NULL checks
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     exec-binfmt_misc-remove-the-confusing-e-interp_file-=-null-checks.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree

If MISC_FMT_OPEN_FILE flag is set e->interp_file must be valid or we have
a bug which should not be silently ignored.
