[merged] autofs-non-functional-header-inclusion-cleanup.patch removed from -mm tree

The patch titled
     Subject: autofs: non functional header inclusion cleanup
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     autofs-non-functional-header-inclusion-cleanup.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree

Subject: autofs: non functional header inclusion cleanup

Having header includes before any macro (without any dependency) simply
looks normal.  No reason to have these macros in between.
